Tailored to Your Child
Personalised Learning Plans
No two children learn the same way. Our teachers take the time to understand each student individually and adapt their teaching to suit — whether a child needs more challenge, more support, or simply a different approach.
This is one of the key advantages of our small class sizes — teachers can actually see every child, track their progress closely, and respond quickly when something isn't working.
Initial Assessment
When your child joins, their teacher conducts a brief informal assessment to understand their current level, strengths, and areas that need support.
Learning Plan Created
Based on the assessment, a personalised learning plan is put together — outlining goals, focus areas, and the approach the teacher will take.
Ongoing Adaptation
The plan is not fixed. Teachers continuously adapt their approach based on how the child is progressing — more challenge or more support as needed.
Shared with Parents
The learning plan is shared with parents so you understand what your child is working towards and how you can support at home.
