Daily Schedule
A Day in Our Virtual Classroom
Here's what a typical school day looks like for our students — structured, engaging, and screen-time balanced.
Log In & Morning Circle
Students join the virtual classroom, greet their teacher, and start with a morning warm-up — Quran recitation or a quick mindfulness moment.
Core Subject Block
Live instruction in English, Mathematics, or Science — delivered via our interactive whiteboard. Students can raise their hand, ask questions, and participate in real time.
Break Time
A short offline break. Students step away from screens, stretch, have a snack, and return refreshed.
Special or Enrichment Session
Arabic, Islamic Studies, or an enrichment activity such as Art & Creativity, Problem Solving, or Life Skills.
Independent Work Time
Students complete assigned tasks, worksheets, or project work independently or in breakout groups while the teacher is available for support.
Wrap-Up & Dismissal
Teacher reviews the day's learning, assigns homework if any, and closes with a short dua. Parents receive a daily summary update.
Timings may vary slightly by grade. Full timetables are shared upon enrolment.
Tracking Growth
Assessment & Progress
We keep parents fully informed and children free from unnecessary exam pressure.
Continuous Assessment
Teachers observe and record each child's participation, understanding, and growth throughout every live session — not just at exam time.
Digital Portfolio
Each student has a personal learning portfolio shared with parents — capturing completed work, projects, and progress notes each term.
Term Reports
Formal progress reports are issued twice a year, covering academic performance, behaviour, and teacher observations for each subject.
Parent-Teacher Meetings
Online PTMs are held once per term. Parents can also request a one-on-one session with the class teacher at any time through the school portal.
Daily Parent Updates
Parents receive a brief end-of-day summary via WhatsApp — what was covered, how the child performed, and any follow-up needed.
No High-Pressure Exams
For Early Years (Pre-KG to KG2), assessment is entirely observation-based. Formal written assessments are introduced gradually from Grade 1.
